It is such an anxious time for hound and human. I remember it well. I hope your boy heals as well as my girl did - she’s now fully functional and you wouldn’t know it unless you counted her toes.
Crazy how similar my girl’s story is. She had a toe removed about two years ago. The skin around the wound broke down (greyhound skin is like wet tissue paper!) and she had tendon visible at one point. She had a second surgery too.

These things are true, but Carlos has the trophy because he did something in the final that Sinner couldn’t do. If tennis was a matter of accumulation of points only, Sinner would have won, but it’s not.
What does ‘should have’ mean in this context? He *could* have won, had he converted one of his match points, but he didn’t. There is no justice in sport except the scoreline
