Like I've tried EVERYTHING, updated drivers, tried basically every combination of EDID setting, vsync, triple buffering, swapping cables, swapping HDMI splitters, testing if the stutters were present on console vs. either PC (consoles capture perfectly, btw no fucking idea why)

Ripping my hair out over frame stutters from capturing PC gameplay with an Elgato 4k60 Pro Mk2. Been trying to solve this issue for the past 4 days it's either stayed the same or gotten worse. I have tried basically everything sans reinstalling windows on both PCs.
