think the problem is that its fully ingrained as a whole core mechanic as a means to get through obstacles. even stemming from tabletop games that served as an inspiration. lately I would like to see RPG's and MMO's lean more on worldbuilding and the adventure rather than the more action combat.

Started playing on Odin. then moved to Tonberry because it was the unofficial OCE server. and played there up until OCE opened up, and then I moved to Ravana to continue raiding with a static I was in at the time. I have stayed on Ravana ever since.
so, I've been playing WoW a bunch lately, and kinda made me think; if all FFXIV playable races are theroetically in WoW and would they either be Alliance, Horde, or Neutral. and out of the classes in WoW which ones each race would have access to. just unsure if i should pointlessly theorise on it.

i am extremely excited with the glam update coming. just having more options and being able to use some impossible glams I've had theroised iver the years is huge.
honestly good. businesses should be sticking up for their employees when needing to instead of throwing them under the bus completely (but also people shouldn't be harassing employees for their own personal views)

no 7.3 ultimate for FFXIV,
while i appreciate a break until 7.4, i think it would had been a real good time to introduce beastmaster, and a new Criterion/Criterion (savage) dungeon. would be interesting to see the harder Deep dungeon trial when able.
also my bsky timeline is full of FFXIV nsfw stuff and I'll likely want to change that, so I'll be going though and sorting stuff out

NIN cleave is even better, SAM has stronger single target and some cleave tools, DNC got a cleave buff in their dances, but a nerf to other AoE dropoff's. BLM is just tragic tbh despite it being a small buff (ain't worth it destroying all the job identity and complexity)
MCH got nothing which is kinda tragic tbh, PCT nerfs mainly affects its downtime tools while also bumping up its full uptime GCD's to compensate. a net gain in full uptime, a nerf to burst and downtime and in ulti's. BRD just evens out cleave potency.
