The Taoiseach has named Freddie Scappaticci as the British army agent known as Stakeknife in the Dáil. He said Stakeknife's identity was clear to everybody and called on the UK government to officially name Stakeknife as Scappaticci. He said Stakeknife was implicated in 14 murders and 15 abductions.
