Woke up to the chaos of my dad having to go to the hospital because he cut his hand open.

Well theres no real treatment for costochondritis you just have to just kind of manage it lol so nothing to do

I am doing better slightly but man its been a long time since I had this kind of flare up and forgot how ass it is
