In this era of college football, you get the team you pay for.

You’re only as good as your material. Pitt has no talent on the offensive line, and no depth across the roster. The only way out is more money.
Last year was their window. Pitt’s athletic department is poor relative to these other schools in the final four, and simply doesn’t have the juice to win national championships, in any sport.
