Trump threatening the genocide of 92 million people was crossing the Rubicon. He can't walk that back. His sycophants can't excuse it as "that's how he is" or "that's how he negotiates" as I've heard them try to claim. No. A line has been crossed. It is a war crime to even threaten genocide.
