A lot of people will say they're there for you and then only feed you fucking breadcrumbs when the time comes.
Either say you're there and actually be there, be that friend you said you were, or don't say anything at all and stay away when it gets ugly and painful.

I see those memes an awful lot talking about the road to healing not being pretty but no one really ever talks about how ugly and painful it really is.
I'm sick of seeing "it's ok not to be ok." If you say that you better back it up with words and actions to prove it's ok.
