Misgiven Demo on Steam Misgiven is an emotional sci-fi adventure about the lump in your throat. Stranded in a city veiled in toxic fog, take on a stranger's mask to survive. Wrestle with your thoughts in a tangible dialogue...

To give an example of a strong premise, I recently played Misgiven, in it you steal an oxygen mask to survive a crash but that oxygen mask comes with an identity that you must maintain or throw off. Its immediate, understandable and creates so much interest store.steampowered.com/app/2997040/...

I'd say it's quite a lot more relatable for a character's premise to be from a place of vulnerability and danger - where they have to follow their intrinsic "orders" and undeniable self-truths that crop up as they try to be what others demand them to. The "power fantasy" there is to simply be seen.
