This asshole tried to kill a baby cardinal fresh out of the nest today. The parents were flitting around, chirping like crazy, and so was baby on the sidewalk as I pulled Ripley away. AFAIK baby was okay when we left and Ripley never got a hold of it. Ugh this kid.
