Was listening to some of it this morning, it's fantastic.
Love being a small part of this amazing magazine. LOOK AT THAT COVER.
100%. In fact I insist on it.
Mum, the computer's having a go at me again
Feels like a distillation of their entire aesthetic to this point. Beautiful. Need to know more.

Rose of Nevada is fantastic. A superficial observation, but it's smack bang in the middle of Bait's Cornish social realism and the time slip mind fuck of Enys Men. The sound design on this thing is absolutely insane. Oddly a hint of Donnie Darko in its make-up and maybe a trace of Life on Mars, too.

Saw a theory that it (being April 14) would turn out to be an Apex troll. Which would have made me literally kill people, but I'd have still seen the funny side.

Not my pic, found on Reddit. Looks like this is the next step of the BoC rollout, in Soho.
Might listen to Sven Libaek all day.

Consoling myself with the thought that there's probably so few of these that statistically I'd be unlikely to get one anyway.
Reminder of the last time this happened. Will never forget how exciting it was to see this for the first time. It's been a long wait...

Oh man, I'm so mad I didn't buy a t-shirt or whatever from Warp recently to get on the list
Boards of Canada sitting in a glass obelisk on a remote Scottish island fast-forwarding through VHS tapes of old Sesame Street episodes, waiting for Big Bird to say 'toilet' so they can sample it, distort it beyond recognition, and bury it so deep in the mix no one will ever hear it.
Yeah. And today is the 25th anniversary of their last live performance...
Nice new BoC mix released yesterday, coincidentally, for those wanting to get in the mood. A few lovely rarities in here as well as the classics.

Popped this on the playlist at a party last night and had a few music savvy pals ask what it was, thinking it was a new track and not something from '91. Still sounds amazing.
