Stepping up on a top rail they look over their shoulder casting the peace sign with the right hand and holding a bundled green/yellow rope in the other. The background is a framed night scene showing festival infrastructure- distant truss, barricades and a temporary box elevator and the tall vertical truss it travels on. The sky beyond is dominated by the presence of a large orb, a Vegas sphere style orb, projecting the image of Joshua trees winding branches like spider limbs in a deep purple against a teal night sky riddled with a smattering of stars. The lower part of the orb is the hazy psychedelic pink of a retreating sun. The background scene is suspended in a sloppy black painted frame which itself is isolated inside a larger light gray frame. The stars dot across every layer, unrestricted by the framing and appearing whenever they like. As the raccoon steps on the rail, shirtless legend that he is, he appears to be stepping from the foreground framing through layers into the background and diegetic setting. His face is bright cute, marred by a scar streaking the bridge of his snout and a larger one along his left bicep, but otherwise is chipper and seems happy to be alive.
