And yeah the ongoing nerve pain is actually because of things that burst pressing on my nerves and also narrowing the canal but it's not exploding in rapid real time. It's sort of done it at some point and then got worse. So I have to be careful and wait to see more specialists and things.

Sorry, dramatic, I should have said nothing new has happened. Mostly people don't see my bluesky posts so I often vent and delete. I put more info on facebook and it is sort of bad but just something that's been getting worse. I shouldn't turn or bend and I should get an injection in my spine 🙀

But the bone density of my spine has improved overall, so that's good? But the bone density of my hip sockets has decreased, so that's not so good?

So although I was told it wasn't spinal nerve pain getting worse for the last couple of years... it was spinal nerve pain... 🤷‍♀️

So it turns out my spine is bursting out & attacking my nerves. At least I know I wasn't imagining it but I didn't really need to be right... I haven't seen the MRI yet but the Dr used words like disc protrusion, tear, fissure, extruded components touching the nerves, narrowing of the nerve canal...

It's really hard to stop the brain from going for that high score mentality. 😅

It has been a very suboptimal day for moving around or trying to be a functional human but tonight is going better. Just a bit of crab scuttling going on.
