Who knows how history will judge the last four years, but I refuse to stand on the sidelines in celebrating the most progressive administration in modern American history.

In these difficult times, thank you to Mayor Bass, Governor Newsom and President Biden for their steadfast support and leadership during the #LAFires. 🤍

Fortunately, my family and friends in Los Angeles are safe.

But the divisive rhetoric from our President-Elect is only a distraction from fighting these fires, keeping our communities safe and strengthening our coalitions to rebuild.

Right now, I’m thankful for Governor Newsom’s leadership.

While the Republican Party shows America its true middle school drama values, Democrats are united behind Rep. Jeffries to strengthen middle class families, lower prescription drug prices and ensure our fundamental freedoms are protected.
