Hype moments and Aura.

Will talk about this more once I reach season 3 and catch up to season 4 but this was entertaining in the same sense of Solo Leveling but a bit better because I have far more characters to be invested into than in Solo Leveling.

Will come back to this later but yeh.

Refusing to end my thread talking about this without mentioning this GOAT.

Singlehandedly a menace, a bitch dare I say, fun villain all around with an incredible arc of self worth and being who you are no matter what others say about you.

You were magnificent Battamonda, I will never forget you.

+ even if it lasted a moment, I really enjoyed (not saying too much so I don't enter details).

I really loved my time with this in general, I am pretty happy with this show.

+ I do like what they were going for with him.

The designs were awesome, visually it looked great even with some episodes (emphasis on that) not looking as great and the four (later five) Precure are pretty cool (Mashiro and Ageha are personal faves here).

And it also has such a cool moment that+

Wanted to do the "I needed to take time to talk about this peak" bit but I actually straight up did lmao.

So, to get to the point, easily top 3 Precure I have experienced so far. Maybe the one complaint I have is that Skearhead at the beginning is boring and, while I cannot say he is amazing,+

This was a movie, of the Shin-chan franchise, produced in 2007.

The most "whatever" experience I had (tho, the musical parts were fun).

Chiramune makes me feel conflicted because I see the good in it but it lost me with that one scene in poor taste that lead to one I hate even more.

This show is kinda ass.

1 week ago 0 0 0 0

And I hate it more given that the season decided to spend 7-8 episodes on it while having things it could've definitely cut for it's adaptation but nooooo, it decided to be as faithful as possible.

*Sigh* I guess it looks good and Shougo Sakata as Chitose delivered his performance amazingly.

+ condescending in it's previous arc in regards to an Otaku changing and having it's ending be more glazing towards Saku?

Maybe I'm being way too harsh but GOD I hate Nanase's arc so much.

The most invested I was in the show and it was in the one arc the guy has an amazing dynamic and you cut it off mid arc????

When it spent all of its time in an arc it didn't handle way with one scene in absolute poor taste just to deliver an even worse scene in poor taste?

Isekai slop my beloved.

You don't need much to convince me. Only fun characters, a fun premise and an entertaining execution (with the final episode actually having a nice moment for Arte).

Enjoyable all the way through.

We love and stan storylines about familial trauma and putting the effort to let that behind to start anew. With what is a favourite performance of Mamiko Noto in her part as Kaya's mother as she tries to destroy it all.

Great show, great horror, GOD PLEASE give Ikehata a better production please.

+ and his work in dark gathering is proof of that. He can manage more than well enough but one can only wish he lands in a production house that helps him put forward his ideas better.

As for the show itself, I enjoyed it quite a bit with the final arc being particularly pretty good.

Let me start with this: GOD the show looked bad.

Its the biggest weakness and sometimes it's strong point because although it looked poorly most of the time, I think it managed to make the scary stuff work.

Maybe I'm giving too much to it's benefit but Ikehata has worked in rough shows before+

It's just an OVA with some stories about their life's after the show and it was cool to know Tetsu and Mio ended up in a relationship.

It was nice and it kept that melancholic/nostalgic aspect of it I ended up enjoying about it in the show.

Pretty cool extra.

+ used for the thread) sort of confirms she did come back. I will stay oblivious to it because I like the vagueness of it.

Is it perfect? No, but for the nostalgic/melancholic ride I was looking for, this fitted the criteria excellently.

And while the chase and bitterness of the end works, I was "ehhh, whatever" with the space police chase scene.

Now, I like that they do their utmost to tease the "did she came back or not" as the melancholy of the ending of the chase sets in but it kinda is funny when the final shit (the one I +

I shall not elaborate, yes.

And now comes the part of the show I didn't mind but didn't love? The alien stuff.

Now, the twist of the MiB being a real thing was funny, which also makes me think that somebody really liked that story and wanted to find a way to incorporate it here.

+ really well. Though, funny enough, looking at her, i get why they said blue haired heroines have a curse because ma'am ended with no one in the end.

Tetsuro and Mio are also pretty good. Tetsuro was enjoyable all the way and his rejection scene was pretty well handled and Mio is cute.
