Had an interesting discussion about morals today. Everyone's morals are different.

Let's talk yield curves. Currently the 10 year treasury is at 4.89%. I'm predicting that it will be over 5.5% by the end of June. Why is this important?
The 10 year Treasury is the base rate for mortgage (residential and commercial) lending. Real Estate accounts for roughly 1/8 of the US economy.
