Mockup sketches for the Sol Dimension Trio and Rachelin for the author's main AU. Classes were assigned to the characters based on their personalities/roles in the story Blaze has miniumal changed, but has been nicknamed as 'Flame Princess' and is a monk to the Author Silver has been given some more blacks and removed the red from his boots. He's also been given a gem that acts like Blaze's, given to him by Blaze to help his powers. He has been nicknamed 'Time Keeper' and been given the Rouge Class. Marine's dress has been altered to look a bit more sporty but less like Amy's/Cream's. Her boots have also been changed to look more pirate like. Marine was also given a gem to help control her new powers over water, but she slapped it on a belt instead of on her person so it's not as strong. She's been nicknamed 'Sea Noble' and given the Bard/Warlock class due to her powers still being so new Rachelin is put in here with a new backstory to rope him into the main trio; being a fake prince chosen by other nobles so that the public doesn't think they can be roasted by an angry flame user at anytime. In the beginning it's just a false title. He's nicknamed 'Ice Prince' and given the wizard class. Rachelin is also pushed further away since he can easily navigate out of the group, making him like Amy in terms of the main trio

Alt outfits for the crew Blaze's is a one piece with training weights that bare a resemblance to Amy's. She fights with only gloves and socks as she's mocked for ugly burn scars on her hands and feet [in this AU anyways] Silver gets a large coat from a strange wonderer that can cover his entire head. If it covered his shoes it would be more useful, but this coat is from someone trying to help so he keeps it close. It has many pockets on the inside, can hold a lot of objects and is really convinent if he had a weapon of any kind Marine gets a special captain outfit once she's recongize by the nobles of the Sol Kingdom, now allowed to travel the seas with almost no limits. She has get special accessories like the Rhythm Badge [that looks different in this timeline] and a bracelet from an ancient echinda tribe but modifed by Professor Prower Rachelin has a shrine maiden outfit as he's a member of the yearly Sol Dimension's cultural festival meant to honor the linage of the entire kingdom. He's part of the dance group meant to celebarte ancient Chun-Nun as his mouse half is from those parts. He hast to ditch his normal gloves and shoes for special compression gloves and socks since he doesn't have proper blood flow normally and keeps his joints from trying to break off at simple dance moves

So a while ago I moved Rachelin into the Sol Dimension since it was lacking a whole lot of anything. Made a mockup of him and the main trio for #ManiaDreamAU

Oh yeah, that texture on the dark parts of his design aren't in universe, just a style idea for putting a logo in designs to prevent thief

A pinup illustration of Rachelin in a style inspired by Yuji Uekawa. He's been given a staff, but only for the pose and story purposes. The major updates are the style of his gloves to give him other ways to stand out inspired by the Sparkly Gloves of Sonic Chronicles. His medical bands are kept. His shoes were fixed again to hopefully give off more of a real like hightop/sneaker instead of the oddball way I usually draw them. Another major update is his big ass forehead. Not only can you play tic-tac-toe on it, but it's purposefully made to look similar to his chao form and clue in to his origins if anyone stares hard enough

All Current Rachelin depictations [From Left to Right] His Modern Outfit, His Extreme Gear Outfit, His Classic Outfit, His Chao Form and his Ancient Form. Its called a Powered Form as he and many others around him aren't aware of the ancients yet. Rachelin will go from animal form to powered up form when his form is messed up for any reason. It's considered his exoskeleton holding the flesh up. If he runs out of chaos, he'll revert to his chao form to recharge the chaos drive placed in the chest area. If his emotions are too wild, he'll also eventually end up as a chao again until he calms down
