Interesting, Arena let me choose the first option and then fail to target, so that might have been a bug.
I've tried this on Arena and it still doesn't copy, sadly.
It also doesn't work if you chose the first mode with no elementals to target, for some reason.
The conversation around TMNT is all about Universes Beyond, but it's not just that.
It's the UB-equivalent of a "hat" set. Everything is a stupid joke and the whole set feels unserious.
FF/Avatar took themselves seriously and were rewarded for it, TMNT feels like Thunder Junction with pizza.
I know it's a stereotype to say we haven't had time to enjoy the new set before it's gone...but I actually haven't come close to playing all the sweet Lorwyn decks I want to play for the channel and we're already talking about TMNT previews.
Harry Conway makes his first re-appearance since Wilds of Eldraine and all I can say is I wish more of his art was in the game!

Tishana's Tidebinder might be the most important (and underplayed) card in Bo1 Standard right now.
It hard counters Monument to Endurance and Ouroboroid, shutting them down completely.
The Lessons deck is good at removing it, but I definitely think this should be in most blue decks.

Yep, they aren't tier 1 decks like Challenger decks, but they each have 14+ rares and 4 copies of key cards so they are much better than old Theme/Challenger decks. If the price is reasonable they'll be solid for new players! :)
WOTC revealed new Theme decks for Lorwyn Eclipsed, and on the side of the boxes you can see the decklists!
Note the lists are illegal/incomplete as they contain unreleased cards. Also, Pirates has SPELL SNARE!
