Sanji is holding a cigarette to his lips, which have a soft red lipstick tint tot them. He wears some collar / sleeves combo with a tie, as well as gloves, disconnected from a corset that has a zipper running down the middle. He wears a thong and assless chaps that transition into stilettos.
