I would rather wait on hold for 12 hours or so or even a few days for an email reply, instead of a bot automatically closing my ticket without it being resolved.
Discord Support sucks major butt... Disappointment is beyond an understatment. While I have my own thoughts, and feelings on the subject, I understand company use for bots and AI and such, but it is messing up support with companies big time and leaving everyone frustrated.

I should've clarified earlier the hack was my discord account hehe my bad. Everything looks normally for now though, however, discord did limit me to no replies and messages till the 20th. My server is safe and currently transferred ownership to a very trusted friend for now. More details here:

Howdy all. So yes ibwas hacked, but luckily ibwas still logged in and had access to my account when it happened. I always have 2FA on so idk it happened but I was able to change password and such during that time and safeguard stuff. Idk how it happened cause i didnt click any links or do bad stuff

Today we mourn the passing of my dear cockatiel bird, Camile. I always called her my College Bird, because she went with me to Vet Tech School. Alas, that is the last of my dear furry/feathered friends who went to school with me. Nana, Ellie, Scooter, and Camile, Rest in peace, all of you.

Happened across a block like mind of party and there was tons of food xD got Chill his first Churro. Also found this beautiful Charizard as well at one of the stores I was takimg him to. Then got some tea. Best week ever
