It challenges the idea that developers owe fiduciary duties, pointing out that it’s impractical (the remedies wouldn’t give tokenholders the outcomes they want), doctrinally unsound, and would have chilling effects on open-source development

All it really highlights is his awful sense of humour. I’m sure there would’ve been way funnier things to do with it

Ah it makes sense now. The true art was in the patience—waiting for it the peak pancake compatibility

What I don’t quite get what was the real alternative to eating it? It’s a banana

What I especially like about Bluesky is that at least for now I’ve been able to engage with legal communities that I would’ve otherwise probably not connected with. Esp the legal academic circles to an in-house counsel seemed a bit distant.

Kudos for the legal starter packs and follow all!

If you haven’t seen it already, I urge to watch the sentencing hearing of the crossbow man on YouTube. Troubling but kind of moving at the same time the “relationship” they had

Fair point. Wdyt is it possible to use the pure content without it involving personal data of the user (other than the risk there would be some in the mix)?

Feels a bit unintuitive if it wasn’t 🤔

Thanks for sharing! Wasn’t familiar with the concept of DPI, just hasn’t caught my eye before. Enjoyed this; feels good to get a reminder about the positives of tech for society (as it seems so much of the convo is pretty fear-driven)

Not saying that this is the right way to go about the reform (I wouldn’t know), but pas years many jurisdictions have simplified by having less agencies

Really enjoying this tread and the responses people are sharing to this. Found a few articles I’d simply love to read — but alas, I’m not a scholar, don’t have access 🤷‍♀️

I always anyway felt that preparing for in-person exams developed my knowledge and analytical legal skills far more than any essays. Think this is a positive

Why does it feel so hard to have normal conversations around tech regulation? Especially around emerging technologies like blockchain and AI.

Seeking answers by reading. Will keep you posted on any findings.
