This is an article that I've wanted to write for over a year, and I finally got the chance to do it!

Nice! I think they have the new “o3-mini” model in the free version when you click the “reason” button. Definitely better than default 4o, but still brittle.
I’d be happy to run your same task with o1-pro if you’re curious. It does best with all the requirements laid out in one message.
What model did you test with?
The gap between the free 4o and the paid o1-pro is enormous. O1-pro will oneshot tasks that take dozens of iterations with other models.
For me, writing is a form of thinking. It really helps clarify what's going on in my brain, because I have to like, explain it to write it down.
So, if you're a beginner and you want to write a blog post on something you're learning? Please do! It will help you, and everyone else.
Bluesky's (& atproto's) philosophy on the otherhand is based in open web principles.
we care about interconnected data, user-controlled presence, and interjoined application experiences
fundamentally, we care about a network that is greater than the sum of its parts
5. Bluesky's team consists of about 20 full-time employees. That's a million users here per employee now 🤯
Also, we're hiring!

Just ran an internet speed test and it said "very online"
having real users and real problems does focus the team like no other.
yes. there’s other ways to deal with even the worst actors. ignore, shun, humorously dismiss, refute. but “bullying” escalates cycles of confrontation that bring out the worst in people. i think bad actors sometimes thrive off the negativity too.
this made me laugh maniacally

if your domain expires or you lose access to it, you won’t lose access to your account — devs are working on some friendly UI to help you pick a new handle, but this is not in our very near-term roadmap 👍
