first, we start with some boob shapes. add a tiny incomplete circle. nice and simple!

for the areola, I either do simple hatching in a loose circle around the nipple, or I add a ring of hatch marks. I like to erase a little bit to indicate shine sometimes. Don't worry about making it a perfect circle. it's better if it's a little lopsided I think :D if it's at an angle where the slight swell of the areola might be visible I might add a gentle curved line.

Now we just clean up the lines a bit! What about inverted nipples? They're fun too!! The shape is a little more subtle; a single straight or gently curved line is really all you need for the nipple, and the areola is the same.
