"Excluding Indians": Trump admin questions Native Americans' birthright citizenship in court The Trump admin is leaning on a pre-14th Amendment law in its fight to redefine birthright citizenship.

Apparently Native Americans also don't deserve birthright citizenship. Hard to wrap one's mind around the idea that those who are indigenous to this land having been here for millenia, could be deemed illegitimate as citizens.

This is not just a musing from a dude with some various ideas. The next step is to hollow out the judiciary and also not follow their rulings, which have been against Musk’s efforts. This is a very obvious coup, for those not paying attention.
