Today is my no-swimming day. I’m off to Lancaster to see the film Mother Father Sister Brother then to M&S for some lunch-&-snacks shopping. The first is just an excuse to do the second. Large M&S feasts have accompanied the two most stressful times of my life. They should be stopped. Too delicious.

Decided to take my day off swimming today rather than tomorrow. Just realised I’ve done 6.45 hours swimming in 8 days. At the new speed of 2.25/100m. That’s enough for now. Though the plan for May is to be another 5 seconds faster, do an hour a day & swim twice some days now it’s lighter evenings.
Y’day there was a vid on FB of local kids jumping on a hedge.🤷♀️

I think these are the only photos of my parents, Andy & me all together. The second was taken by the camera on its own, which seemed like magic at the time & involved my Dad running.
I bungee cord my bins together … so they can blow over as a team. 🤣
Another film for April, on the week after next. Unless the weather allows the builders to start my pebbledash. Then I’ll be fretting & supplying loads of coffee & biscuits.
I’m very pleased to say I have no chocolate. For my Easter lunch I’m having a Linda Mac cheese & leek plait with beans & loads of homemade oven chips.😋
Enjoyed film. Had no idea there was so much not seen before footage. Slightly spoilt by a gang of noisys. Talking, back & forth for drinks. And singing. I just mouthed the words.Someone told them & I got to see one woman call another ‘a knobhead’. Battled storm home.Think it was worth it. For Elvis.
