Ft Wayne has a lovely, quiet charm; the kind that suits a good dinner, easy conversation and evenings to be savoured.

There’s something about arriving somewhere new that I adore...sliding into a different rhythm, even if only for a few days, is so refreshing.

I know I bring a certain kind of energy to an evening...attentive, a little indulgent, perhaps slightly distracting. I do think that sort of evening is worth planning properly (and enjoying to the fullest).

I’ve always thought the best evenings are planned in advance - it gives one something to look forward to long before it actually arrives.
