Yesterday to Galveston for shrimp. Blustery (I want to get a long sleeved shirt as I didn't bring any, just a windbreaker) but such a pretty place. Swedish sailing ship, Coast Guard ship crew doing a seafood boil, birds, shopping. Perfect day trip. Last wk radiation for dad then long drive home.

I don't boil them, but I bake them low in the oven, then put on the grill for the last 10 minutes to char. Sauce baked on, etc.

I have seasonal tablecloths, too! It is so nice to switch seasonal decor out, holiday or not. Just cheery.
