thank you🫶🏻 i did my best—i feel very guilty that he lived alone for the last year of his life, but he ☠️ ⚰️ his cage mate and i couldn’t risk putting another rat in with him😩 sucky situation.

feeling emo that i am more than likely having my last rat (Bernie) put to sleep later today. will mark the end of an era for me— 6 years of raising rats. while there’s a chance his illness could be curable, i am mentally preparing to be told euthanasia is the most merciful option, as he is also old💔

keep my lil zinnia in your thoughts—she was spayed yesterday and everything seemed fine, but now she has a fever and the vet wanted her to come in right away for injections 😢 we are back home resting now

my zinnia is getting spayed tomorrow and i’m so anxious, despite having had so many cats over the years be spayed/neutered without issue…i just can’t stop worrying! 😭

there’s so many sweetie pies on this app but the reason i’ve never gotten too close w/ anyone is because the dumb drama i see some of ya’ll in over people you don’t even know IRL reminds me of the drama my 7th graders talk to me about at work.
