Oh that is very exciting for you! If it wasn't such a pain to get to from my house I'd break our budget on their baked goods.

Without the backstory that I now I have I would be very suspicious of the second sentence. ๐
ICE abducted someone around the corner from my house this morning. Even if it's fallen off our timelines it's still happening.
It's wildly fun and sometimes infuriating. The two generally balance out in my experience.
Photo looking out a window. It is gray and actually raining (iykyk, am I right, fellow Seattlites?). There is a giant pile of soil sitting in a driveway. 81 cubic feet's worth of soil that needs to be hauled to the raised beds on the other side of the house.
Should have checked the weather forecast before picking a delivery date. smdh
The way I gasped โ fireball on a party member?!?!
I would never let you live it down while being entirely jealous that I've never pulled off something half as good as that.
Potato pancakes are my fave whenever I "accidentally" make too many mashed potatoes.
You were both so lucky to have each other.
Godsdamn, that was great. I'd have lost my mind if I was one of the other players.
I'm gonna need a long thread on that story arc, Kaitlin.
What, Claire? What?!?!
Until recently I was very committed to not working out. I miss those days. ๐
I knew it would be a big number but holy hell! Hauling it from the driveway is going to suck so much. Going to need a reminder that it's better than renting a truck and having 80 plastic bags of trash.
Was going to go to the nursery to get soil for our new raised beds. Did the math to figure out how many bags we needed โ 80.
A bulk delivery arrives at 10am tomorrow.
The saddest part is when you buy one and it's still cold in the middle. ๐ข
Gods bless the good street vendors.
My PT friend highly recommends them. She says the custom are worth it if you can afford it.
I think I like the new countertop with the tile as is? The contrast is unexpected and the grey in both makes them work together.
"I not playin, I jus walkin around," says the two-year old who does not care what his parents say about the very specific rules we're supposed to follow while waiting to board the plane.
I'm on his side.
5 pllaybills (The Rocky Horrow Show; Hadestown; Schmigadoon; Oh, Mary!; Cats: The Jellicle Ball) fanned out on top of a white comforter.
Five shows in three days because why the hell not?
Oh, many thanks to @rahaeli.bsky.social for the language to use to skip the imaging thing. They seemed annoyed at both airports but I didn't fall over trying to balance so it's a win.
30 minutes in the TSA line, mostly not moving and bearing weight entirely on my right leg, hopping through the metal detector...
Dunkin' donut to feel better.
Thanks for sharing this.
While I wasn't technically promised to run into @mayor.nyc.gov on the street I'll be unreasonably disappointed if it doesn't happen. 76 minutes before I'm on the train to JFK โ let's do this NYC.
I walked by the theatre yesterday and thought of you. Your brands are strong.
I'm imagining Pedro Pascal hanging out on the sidewalk putside the theatre for 10 minutes...there's no way that doesn't end with someone being hit by a car.
That would have been equally and differently cool. It was Stephen Root.
Cailleach na luatha deserves all the respect and recognition, damn it.
It felt like they've been adding and changing things for awhile without ever considerig the cumulative effect. There was a lot going on โ it made it really muddled.
The playbill for Hadestown (a hand holding a red flower surrounded by the lyrics 'we're gonna sing it again') against the proscenium.
Hadestown in 2026 is quite different from what I saw in 2019. It's a bit of a hot mess (my friend who hadn't seen it says that's a generous review).
