The postmortem of the *last* big outage shows that it was because they DOS'd themselves through vibecoded slop.

Can't get no Satie's faction?
As much as BattleTech. I'd say yes.
Autoduel and MechWarrior added more RPG elements, but the base games were enough.

The Internet? Buddy, in the 90s it was amazing and also *sloooooow*. It was a forest of text, of everyone who had already read too many books now getting to talk to one another: listservs, MUDs, BBS's, VAX server profiles, ugly webrings. Heaps of dorks chatting, followed by megacorp stormclouds.

I'm looking for your favorite "how to play" videos for rpgs. Not actual plays, think like 5-10 minute board game instructional videos. Like this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBDX...
Three panel comic. Panel 1: a man in business attire is disrobing and walking down a road away from a city, passing a sign that says “CITY LIMITS”. A narrative caption reads, “I left society behind.” Panel 2: it continues, “I became one with the meerkats.” The man is nude and wearing face and body paint and fake ears to look like a meerkat. He is posed next to a family of meerkats on a dirt mound. Panel 3: one of the meerkats is checking the mailbox outside their burrow, says “this came for you, bro” and hands the man an envelope. The man examines the envelope which reads “URGENT NOTICE FROM I.R.S.”
One of favorite Lewis Black jokes.
That looks cool. Sorry I missed it. :(
I am not sure what is up with our local #GamesWorkshop Warhammer store. I have stopped by during posted business hours 4 times, and they were closed each time. The signage had different explanations: vacation, illness, in training, etc. What gives?

Also, for elementalist, Fire and Air are your main damage dealers while leveling. I would focus on those first. For weapons, I recommend scepter for ranged and dagger for melee.
For leveling any character, you will (mostly) want to focus on Power. All pre-80 content doesn't need heals or tanks, so you want to do as much damage as possible.
Secondary stats are Precision, Ferocity, and maybe Vitality if you need some survivability.

Even my local cons are getting pricey. And paying that much so I can play my choice of D&D, Pathfinder, or Starfinder, with no other RPG choices... I'd rather host a game day at home. ☹️

The AI tech executives can easily be put into their own data centers, reconverted into AI prison compounds, all condemned to solitary confinement except for 24/7 mandatory interaction with the AI fakeness they created
I really like the inclusion of the Reuben sandwich into St Patrick's Day cuisine, a sandwich invented by a Jewish man in Omaha NE. That's the kind of stuff I want to see happening in America 🫡
Happy St. Patrick's Day, New York.
Here's how Gen X I am:
I know full well that it's better to wear a backpack with both straps instead of just one. Better for my poor back, looks better, does not look weird, does not make me look old, is more practical, is how backpacks were designed.
But I use one strap because I can't help it.
This is Ranger. He is politely requesting attention from these mannequins. Happy to wait as long as it takes. 13/10 (TT: rangerthenycgolden)
This is Lance. He may have overreacted a little bit to a leaf, but when you are two inches from the ground, anything could be a potential threat. 12/10 (TT: katiemhartline)
This is Summit. He is a friend to pretty much everyone he meets. But has a special soft spot for the little critters who stop long enough for him to say hello. 13/10 (IG: bakerbarnes)
A screenshot showing a map of part of southern Nebraska with the epicenter of an apparent 4.1 magnitude earthquake marked about 27 miles south of Hastings.
We just felt a flipping earthquake in #LNK. That's new.
