Your mango allergy is probably worse than you think. I'm only on a constant dose of antihistamines during spring/summer and can then eat almost everything my pollen allergy took from me (pears, raw carrots, hazelnuts, etc), but I will react to jackfruit, even on medicines.

Maybe it's cross-allergy(kryssallergi)? Usually, you'll react to mango if you have grass allergy. If it's just slightly, try Zyltec/Cetirizin before you eat it? 😊 psst! The best fresh mango here is the Pakistani one. They are in season from about June and can be bought in Asian stores.
