Booted up my old Starlink save on Switch 2 and I gotta say:

1) Damn these Star Fox characters look good in crisp HD.

2) Game looks and runs surprisingly smooth on Switch 2. Even more impressive when you remember this was a Switch 1 game.

3) I remember very little else cuz it’s Ubisoft busywork.

Watched the Mario Galaxy movie today!

Overall I enjoyed it as a popcorn flick, but it’s definitely way more reference heavy than the first film.

The first film may be a better movie overall, but the references in this one are way more fun to spot.

Also I’m itching to play some Star Fox games now.

I did it! I fully 100% completed Mario Wonder Switch 2 Edition from a fresh file!

Overall an absolute joy from start to finish, minus some grind at the end to net all the collectables.

If this game had the Bellabel Park content back when it first launched in 2023, it would have been GOTY for sure.
