I hope that someday, I can become cool enough, good enough, and reliable enough at some things to make up for being a persistent trainwreck lol. Pretty much my entire life has been about working on this

I like the skullburst for online, but need to figure out some kinda personal vanity touch for things I make irl haha. Maybe a small half sun hidden somewhere on plushies and stuff
I kinda avoid how much this reminds me of twitter, but anyway. Finally finished sewing Leyden the Pikachu off the free CholyKnight pattern
I think when feeling powerless, stressed, or struggling, it matters to be working on a skill and an outlet and be seeing progress...being in nervehell remission for (??) months is saving my life lol. I can still do some things feeling like that, but not many, and it really sucks
I don't have anything new or useful to say about world news, or ~a platform~, so when I'm on here it's just gonna be like. Hobby photos. I have a rescued lilac cutting that's weeks old now and small sapling sized to get pics of once I've cleaned more
The lighter is for scale. The main other thing my brain's been caught on is still wax seal stamps...I just think they're neat
I want to get better at making plushies because 1. I like hoarding them 2. I like giving them to people. It's too bad something like a giant nessie or Snorlax for one of the niblings would be beyond me at current in several ways lol
The assembled front face piece to a Pikachu plush.

A lumpy light green and yellow plush frog
Earlier progress pic, and Ribberta's girlfriend I've sewn, Croacus. I'm leveling up on the Pikachu in like a big jump here lol
I need to sleep, but when I'm human again I should link the site I got the pattern. There's a shitton of well-documented free patterns and tutorials to practice with
An incomplete plush Pikachu on a desk with varied clutter.
Couple of hours left to go on this little dude (feat. desk chaos. that dry rice spilled stuffing a previous plush) that I'll get to in various stints
Oh come on now.
Ok I gave her tiny nostrils so you can tell a little better what this is supposed to be haha
A flat green plush frog with a yellow underside, and eyes painted on.

It's absolutely useless knowledge and skills, based around a silly aesthetics and hoarder hobby that's gone to silly impracticality stretches using an obsolete material in an obsolete application.
So, like, my jam. I need to tidy and set up for photos and videos of the nonsense.
I need to get back to adding tree oils and experimenting with volatility range demanded for best results, because just a tiny trace improves elasticity and flow of waxes, and improves durability if it's not enough that it starts to undermine it instead.
Titanium white is also pretty easy. It's overall just like. Crayons, and/or pigments meant for resin art, chopped up hot glue, and leftover candle wax for serious. It's more durable and viscous the more hot glue is in the ratio.
Colors that are more opaque, darker, or most of all both are cheapest and easiest to make for me overall right now. Leftover candle wax is useful for stretching batches, and avoiding stringing-out over-viscous plastic texture, but tends to be quite opaque and dull shimmer.
I'm fumbling tart and tealight tins on this thing with pliers until I get at least a cheapo kit of the tools lol. Also need to up my stamp-making and stamp-hoarding game. And also need to start hoarding the waxes gradually/cheaply to learn to make more specific own-use knockoff recipes of lol

Normal and dignified sealing wax stove,

Steve Bills from Kamen Rider Ghost
Writer 1: So this tech mogul character we need to come up with a name
Writer 2: He’s sort of a Steve Jobs type
Writer 1: More a Bill Gates type
Writer 2: Okay so something LIKE Steve Jobs or Bill Gates but not exactly like that
Writer 1: I’m sure we’ll think of something
*Not seal stamps I mean. Lol
A mirrored plate meant for holding candles holding red, blue, green, and yellow wax seals, with a couple of multicolor. The designs are variously of a bird, a flower, two hearts, a bee, a stylized sun, a butterfly, a bird, a ladybug, and a cactus.
An incomplete painted clay wax stamp. It's next to rubber stamps of, left to right, top to down: a bird, a ladybug, a bee, a butterfly, two hearts, a flower, a cactus, and a stylized sun.
More recent sealing wax catch-up: it's pretty obvious they're not seals, and they're not quite as reliable feat. I'm not good yet, but rubber stamps are surprisingly serviceable for it!
There's caramelized onion and slow-pan-roasted garlic in the dip ✌️along with assorted Seasonings
I already have more pork slow-cooking to shred and braise in barbecue sauce for sandwiches lol
Tortilla chips, lime sour cream in cupcake wrappers, a small bowl of salsa, and a cereal bowl full of beef and cheese nacho dip
Barbecue pulled pork and marble cheese sliders on Hawaiian sweet rolls, with bonus similar sandwiches on croissants
Some questionable photos of some unhealthy but delicious cooking of late. That beef and cheese dip is killer

Privileged that my little cat is so chatty, opinionated, and cuddle-needy...the trade-off is his brain is full of elevator music and crime
