For one, Nerd would ALWAYS bash Gangle's VA in DMs and call them awful names, and also keep their cameo in despite eachother going no-contact. I had advised him not to keep the cameo in.

I did not 'pressure' your buddy into dropping you. I vented about a weirdo I was talking to, not naming any names, and he came to me specifically asking who it was. He seemed very concerned and super uncomfortable by it, and it was HIS choice entirely to drop jeff from the project.

THIS!! literally every production is different, they all have ups and downs but to pretend and judge from the outside is not only a huge waste of time, but also can be so misguiding and unhelpful to people wanting to work in this space. Pisses me off.
Even artists who work in animation aren't privy to the workflow requirements or the specific situations of other productions. A lot of artists don't even know how other departments on their own production work!
