Are there relevant legal or factual differences between the redistricting in Texas and the redistricting in California?

I am not sure what this is about but I have represented dozens of faculty members at public and private colleges and universities throughout North Carolina. One thing i certain:state law is the key. So unless the professor is in NC, I wouldn't be able to give any advice or guidance.

I know a lot of MAGA as I am a Southerner. I have not heard one single MAGA say they regret their vote. All I have seen is them doubling down in support. A former client (never seemed conservatve) is a local MAGA politician now. She railed against Biden and FEMA for not doing enough to help WNC. 1/
