Happy Vaisakhi to everybody who is celebrating across Wolverhampton and Willenhall.
This is a very special day for our Sikh community here in the constituency. I have already attended one Nagar Kirtan, and look forward to Wolverhampton's Vaisakhi Mela on the 3rd of May in West Park!

Today, on Yom HaShoah, we pause to commemorate the six million Jews who were murdered during the Holocaust.

We pay tribute to their memory and renew our resolve to confront and eliminate antisemitism in all its forms.

A freeze on NHS prescription charges is fantastic news for #Wolverhampton and #Willenhall. It's so important that we support people when they are unwell, and this will help to keep costs low for everyone in our community.

A Tory or Reform government would have blindly jumped in feet first. Labour kept our head and did what's best for Britain. 🇬🇧

It was wonderful to join the Nagar Kirtan from Guru Nanak WIllenhall Gurdwara to Wednesfield’s Guru Nanak Gurdwara.

It’s an annual long standing tradition singing hymns, bringing colour to the streets, and taking Langar along the way in order to mark the birth of the Khalsa.

Following the news that the CQC were downgrading New Cross' rating, as your local MPs we wasted no time in speaking directly with the Health Secretary, Wes Streeting, right here in Wolverhampton.

So glad to host Mr Koo from the legendary Cosmopolitan Buffet and Yue He Parkinson of the British Chinese Council at Parliament.

Always a treat to bring a bit of Wednesfield pride to London!

The CQC has published a report, downgrading the rating for certain services within New Cross Hospital. I have immediately written to the leadership of the hospital to provide assurance for residents, and will be offering my full help and support to the organisation.

Walsall Deserves Better Rehab: Real Talk at Swan House 🏥💪

I visited Swan House to see a pilot project that’s changing the game for how we get back on our feet after the hospital.

The project moves away from just "discharging" people and toward "transfer of care."

🙏 Celebrating 50 Years of Community & Faith
Earlier this month, I had the absolute pleasure of joining the congregation at Guru Nanak Gurdwara Willenhall to mark their incredible 50th Anniversary.

Half a century of service, prayer, and community spirit is a monumental achievement. Since 1976.

🚮 🚮 We've heard your concerns loud and clear, especially regarding the Fibbersley Nature Reserve. For too long, fly-tipping has been a scourge on this beautiful spot. But by working together with local Councillors and the City Council, we are finally taking action!
