So today I’m meeting an old University friend who I haven’t seen since 1998.
It seems like five minutes since we last saw each other but it's 26 year.
Time goes too fast.
And that was my best result there. But it's an amazing experience…
The NYC Marathon course is definitely a hard thing.
I remember storming through the first half in 1:25 then being crushed in the second half.

Last year I finished off my year with Valencia Marathon.
It's a glorious race in a great city and I planned to run there again in two weeks.
But following the floods and tragic loss of life the timing doesn't feel right.
I’ll not be running it and I really think the race should be postponed.
