No kings. No to MAGA! Today I attended the No Kings rallies in Midlothian and in Richmond, Virginia. One side of my family fought in the Revolutionary War to build American democracy. Defending freedom is in my blood. Thank you to all of my constituents for standing up for Democracy!

The 2026 Virginia General Assembly adjourned sine die on Saturday, March 14th, 2026. I've enjoyed contacting our representatives about supporting conservation. Lawmakers return on April 22nd for the Reconvened Session.

Today, I had the honor of being a Judge for the 2026 Local Envirothon organized by the James River Soil and Water Conservation District. The High School students all did a great job! Congratulations to the teams who will be moving on to the Regional competition.

I enjoyed going to the Chesterfield Nature Center with Izzy over the weekend. It's great learning about nature and conservation!

I enjoyed attending the Concerned Citizens of Ettrick yesterday to hear about the great things they are doing. Right now, I'm on a listening tour to identify a platform that echoes our district's needs and not my own individual opinions.

Saturday, I had a great time spending the day with Izzy! We hung out with other Mom's from Motivation Church at Iron Bridge Park, then we shopped at the Painted Tree supporting local businesses, and she assisted me with making a salad. We hope everyone enjoys their weekend!

‘A hate crime:’ Sen. Michael Jones calls for action after racial slur is written on church in Midlothian Chesterfield Police said the vandalism was reported Feb. 16, though investigators believe it occurred earlier.

Someone has discriminatorily defaced the Village of Faith Ministries in Midlothian, using threats and vandalism to spread hate! If anyone has any information, please notify Chesterfield County law enforcement. My prayers are with Senator Mike Jones and his church congregation
