That’s the worst😩 I had that with one neighbour in the past and it gave me trauma, makes you feel trapped in your own home . People like that make you want to be physical and give them a smack

You should knock on and tell them so they’re too anxious to be loud again , too many selfish people that create noise pollution especially since the pandemic ☹️
