🙋♀️ - I was in Tulsa 3 weeks ago doing a school mental health training at Oklahoma State University. I hesitated at first but am so glad I went; the K-12 practitioners and professors were engaged, eager to learn, and fun to work with. I'd go back and yes, we need to do the hard work!
Hi, I'm Julia! I'm excited to have another space to connect and reconnect with local organizers, colleagues in academia, K-12 folx, and mental health professionals. I was a school counselor for a decade, then earned my Ph.D., and now I teach and supervise grad students.
