Sana Kurata from the 1994 shoujo manga, Kodocha (which was adapted into a TV anime in 1996) and also the anime exclusive character Babbit I remember deciding on an outfit being a major bitch (cuz she wears so many), so I took one and added some personal touches to it Sana-chan is one of my favs so it was worth the struggle to find something for her to wear

Kodocha dropping a new chapter after the Honey Bitter crossover in 2010 wasn't on my 2025 bingo card

But Sana-chan is one of my favs, so anything she shows up in is an immediate must read/watch
