(Miiight be remaking my pacifist cleric character? I'm not 100% on board yet, but it's a tempting thought.)

Where was she...the last thing she remembered she was climbing out of some ruins. Then...there was some intense pain and now...

Her vision was a bit blurry, but she could see some iron bars in front of her. Seemed she was in a prison of some sort.

Dungeon delving has its ups and downs. On one hand, it can take Aleena a few days to return to society for her favorite drinks. On the other, it's always exciting to see new places that few ever dare to explore.

Appears from some rubble.

"Abandoned mines suck."

"Aye, that I can do fer ya."

She smirks a bit though, having a feeling what Piper's implying.

"Sounds ta me though ya wanna make a deal with me. Keepin' an able bodied gal around 'n all."

"Gotta be kinda scary goin' in with people ya don't know. I ain't the most experienced gal when it comes to dungeon crawlin', but I'd be willin' ta lend a hand."

She clasps her hands together in front of her.

"I'll follow yer lead then. Honestly I'm jus' lookin fer somethin' ta do right now."

"I ain't gonna say no to a free ride. I'll hafta think of a way ta repay ya."

She offers a hand to the other.

"Name's Aleena. Got a name, hon?"

"Ain't ever heard of a truck...but gangs don't sound very safe at all. Need any help keepin' yer load safe?"

"Dungeons are pretty dangerous on yer own..."

Aleena shakes her head though.

"I was a farm girl before I was an adventurer, so farm chores ain't anything outta the ordinary fer me."

A pause.

"Hey, ya wanna join me today? Jus lookin' around town and all that?"

Aleena's aware of Eli's eyes inspecting her, but chooses to ignore it.

"Er, well I ain't really got a specialty. I jus' go where the wind takes me, and help people who need help. Takin' on bounties fer cash, or helpin' farmers with their harvests..."

“Wanna chill and make characters? I’ll order food for us too, my treat.~”

"Mm? Well, I'm an adventurer. I adore seein' different places...this town's customs are so neat, so I had ta stick around fer a bit."

Still smiling.

"What about you? What brings a guy like you to town?"

"Would ya be kind enough ta explain what this 'Rim' is? Or what Steeltusk is? Issit an animal?"

She crosses her arms, thinking.

"The Outer Rim must be a territory of some kind, yeah? And you drive this 'Steeltusk' around the territory fer some reason?"

"I come from Aleph. It's a little farming community. Ya ever heard of it?"

"...I-I'm sorry, I think I'm a bit lost. Oil? Fraks? What's this about a wasteland?"

Curiosity piqued. A brand next experience for her? Is it Christmas already?

"Outer...Rim?"

Confused. Where exactly was this Outer Rim place? And what did she mean by 'driving' Steeltusk? Was it an animal of some sort?

"Er, guilty as charged, ma'am..."

"Well ya seem like a nice guy, so I ain't got a problem with that."

Nodding. Besides, Aleena has a weakness for elves anyway, they're all so pretty. Even the males were pretty as heck. He seemed like a decently experienced adventurer too.

She didn't really think he was so close to her still. They were still fairly close to each other even with the step back.

"Aleena. Nice ta meetcha. Think I can count on ya to help me again when I need ta get this thing on again?"

"More like I'm tryin' ta figure out where I am. And why yer clothes look so weird, they're really cool and look great on ya!"

Aleena waits and listens to the kind fellow. Once he was done though, she gives the kimono a little shimmy to make sure everything was secure and in place.

"Huh. Well, it feels really nice 'n all..."

She turns back around and faces him, smiling.

"Thanks for the assist. Got a name?"

"You bet...it's been so long since I had a hot bath. Bathin' in streams just gets old..."

She looks over to the other woman.

"Got a name, hon?"

"A fair bit more awake than you are right now it sounds."

Sitting down next to her. Aleena lets out a sigh of relief.

"Damn I needed this..."

"Oh, looks like I ain't the only one here."

Aleena steps into the bath, a fair bit more delicately than her tomboyish exterior might suggest.

It's time for a relaxing dip in the local baths. They're pretty quiet right now, but Aleena had heard of a newbie adventurer making their way into town. Maybe she'll meet them here?
