This is so cool! This reminded me of when i was little growing up in remote Australia, and we got a years worth of rain within a couple hours and because we all live underground it was a total mad-dash for sandbags. All my teachers out at 3 AM desperately filling bags, it was crazy. Good job!

Oh for sure! From what I understand, AI code needs a-lot of human input to polish. This is why Im not going as hard on you as I would others. Yeah, this is the allure of AI that a lot of artists are resisting. We know that we could get a-lot more done in a-lot less time if we used it, but concern for the environmental and human impacts, and the love of the process of creation prevent us.

When I decided to make my site, I knew absolutely zero about any type of coding. Instead of using AI, I watched tutorials from coders. Now I can say I did it myself, and learned SO much from it. The feeling you get from accomplishing something hard by yourself is intoxicating, you should embrace it!

Yeah! The pixel art was done in Asprite, then I imported the layers into Blender as planes, and then lit it up! I followed a tutorial by Silly Potato on Youtube, I highly recommend watching them if you want to try!
