James Herbert The Rats. What possessed my Dad to give me that to read aged 9 is beyond me. I had recurring nightmares for a week after. He doubled down when I told him by giving me the follow up Lair just to complete my trauma.

It’s ok for men to be however they want to be with their emotions & feelings.

Express them, feel them & love them, it makes everyone human. 🤍

For International Men's Day, I would like to share some mental health stats.

Men can & do suffer from depression

Men can & do have deep feelings

Men can & do go get treatment

The only way we can make the stats better is together. Be aware, be kind, be supportive.

Took your advice and grabbed Gamepass. Might give the new COD a go. Just realised I’ve got a couple of games I haven’t completed either so just updating them.

I’m so old I go way back to the original space invaders. Played most genres over the years. Loved Splinter Cell (especially Chaos Theory), COD from back in the day, RDR2, Assassins Creed, GTA, Limbo, Tomb Raider. Just looking to get back gaming having realised how much I miss it.

Gamers - I’ve not played anything in over a year. Just setting up my Xbox again. What’s a great game that I’ve missed in which I can lose myself?

My parents read The Hobbit to me as a bed time story as a very young child. I cried at the death of Thorin.
