When you're artist it's good to check how you see colours. And I have troubles with shades of blue. Otherwise my eyes are still good :P

Well, in December we organised a little event on a discord I administrate. We shared a NSFW art per day during all the last month, the discord had the exclusivity until the new year eve. And now I can share it here. I made 6 drawings overall, I'll post them all over January.

So I finish up the big comm I'm owed and after that, I'll remain closed until I reach that skill I've been seeking for 6 years now. I'll probably need 6 more years, maybe more. But I still wish to reach an mainstream industry level at some point.

In addition, the course I was trying to attend to on side in october is bullshitting me with paperwork mess. I was supposed to attend to it at the end of the month but the registrations aren't even open yet. Imagine quitting a job for that and ending up with nothing like a fool.

So I came with the conclusion that I should put commissions on hold to train hard in my corner of the internet, and come back when I'll be better enough. I could post my studies here. :)

I feel like I spend too much time on something that didn't worth it in the end. Which means I have to work, study and repeat over and over.

And that's something I hardly do when I have a comm to work on, worse I neglect it.

Recently I noticed I was stagnating with my art, I don't know what direction to take, and tend to repeat a routine I'm not satisfied with. To make it short, I hate what I draw. Not the thematics, just the overall shape.
