Pollinate program applications are open for the 2025 cohort at www.RockSteadyFarm.com/pollinate

“do you identify as a QTBIPOC beginning farmer? Are you a resident of the northeast? Are you interested in building your farming knowledge?”

3 Images of QTBIPOC farmers sitting on a truck, holding green onions in a field and smiling, or carrying a red crate full of vegetables together while walking through a row of green leafy vegetables. There are line-drawn bees in each of the four corners of the square image card taken as a snapshot from the Instagram page of Rock Steady Farm.

Costco will be building a towering 800 apartment complex on top of one of it's store starting early this year.

The complex will include 184 affordable apartments, aiming to provide housing to lower-income residents in a historically underdeveloped area.

In yellow letters over a field of orange and yellow flowers: “R.O.O.T.S. Permaculture Design Certification Course”. At the top of the page a 2-D drawing of two afro-indigenous women dressed in all white face each on opposite sides of a tree that displays yellow vertical letter “R.O.O.T.S.”. They stand above the tree’s roots while balancing a basket filled with crops on their heads and holding a hoe (in the right hand of the woman on the left) and a rake (in the left hand of the woman on the right).
