Show care and kindness and love to those who take care of everyone else and seem to have it all together. They may seem fine but they are human like the all of us and need to know that they too matter.

End of this week, feeling drained, exhausted, feelings of failure, and immense overwhelm AND so much joy from the freedom brought from self-acceptance. "Trans Joy" and the bonds I have with my community have got me through this very difficult week.
Good for TC Pride for taking this stance immediately. If you live in MN you know that Target has had a huge (HUGE!) presence at our major Pride parade and events.
The company has been retracting their public support for queer folks for some time now.
They are no longer welcome.
These sham proceedings need to be shut down. They do not have quorum. Greatful to the public who step in when a wait-and-see approach is just legitimizing their sham meetings.

I took some days off to address mental health and focus my resolve. Today, time with my kids and checking in on my queer family. Tomorrow, the capitol to stand up and hug my queer family.

The point of a trans athlete ban isn’t to save women’s sports, which most right wing commentators openly despise. The point of a trans athlete ban is to hand the Federalist society and the ADF a legal precedent for banning trans women from everything else, too.
Happening now, a transgender sports ban is being heard in Congress.
This ban might ban trans people from dancing, darts, and even chess in many universities.
It'll also target 9 year olds playing soccer.
