I made an Azorius Stax super casual deck with the cutpurses, rhystic study, war tax, propaganda, and spelltithe enforcer, with Azor’s Elocutors as the consistent win condition. Yes it was miserable to play and play against so it got abandoned in favor of Ghave saprolings and zombie mill real quick.

I hopped on the Rhystic Study train real early, too. They were going for like a dollar a pop in 2011. Wish my Rishadan Cutpurses had seen a similar rise, but you can’t win them all.
