The website has you order through Buyee to get it shipped to the States. I believe they also ship to Canada and the UK. I'm unsure about other countries.
The other one is black and white with the Soul Reaper badge and a red crystal.
The first one is the Quincy one, yes.
It's mostly silver with a blue and white center, the Quincy 5 pointed star above the hands and a blue crystal above that. Its very subdued compared to the others that have been released in the past. They are right around $50 each before shipping.
