I hate Al and I refuse to use it Peter, if you don't use Al a bunch of super rich men will lose a lot of money I already said I hated Al Harry, you don't need to sell it to me
I soon discovered that the streets were empty because everybody nearby just dropped everything and went looking for me, and chaos ensued when they finally found me, but for that one and a half minute of wandering empty streets with abandoned cars I felt like I've suddenly ended up in 28 Days Later.
Not exactly a whole game, but one time I was messing with cheats in Vice City, and some combination with a "weapons for all" created a straight-up horror experience. I've returned to the road, and there was nobody around. All cars stood still, empty, with their doors open. It was VERY unsettling.
AvP2, the first few missions for the Marine campaign. I've never been so afraid of a crane hook swinging in the wind, either before or since.

On one hand, I understand that weirdos, who make it their identity to hate your work and harass you, truly should go somewhere and live off rain and dirt.
On the other hand, though, as an author, I just can't get behind the notion of outright dismissing the reaction of the audience, either.
I wonder if sim games like Oxygen Not Included can be called a mom game? Your gameplay task is to watch over and take care of a bunch of unruly and entitled gremlins, after all...
Maybe I'm the old man here, but I've always assumed it is one's responsibility to reflect on how their actions are gonna affect others, and be considerate to other people? Why is it my responsibility to avoid spoilers and not the spoiler guy's to put up a spoiler warning?
Since the main issue is the spoiler bonanza, I love how people suggesting the "entitled crybaby "fans"" to "just go offline", are basically saying "Why should *I* be considerate to YOU?"
Pretty much, yeah. (this is not a good thing)

Progress over the next batch of pages moves along, though slower than I'd hope.

I love how these splat things start to look rather drawn by colored pencils than just being blurry and low-res if you zoom in too far.

The same reason for why we descended from the tree branches. Why left Africa. To explore. To learn. To discover. To boldly go where no one have gone before.
That's home. That's us.
This image of home just came down from the Artemis II crew.

SCREAMING THIS FROM THE FUCKING ROOFTOPS
I know a lot of people are biting their nails wondering how the conversation between Talita and Verengt is gonna go, so here's a WIP screenshot of a page from Chapter 11. Don't worry, I think they'll end up getting along just fine.
...Also, it's still April 1st in my time zone. :)
Deleting it is bad because it frees your username for re-registration, IIRC, which can lead to impersonation. Better to just close up and abandon.

Mastodon felt fantastic as a concept (anything truly decentralized is fantastic, we're in this modern web shit precisely because of centralization), but the implementation is very clunky. Admittedly, my experience with their art instance severely soured my opinion on fediverse as well.
Bigwig producers look at TikTok, consult charts, and decide that's the only pace "kids these days" can hold attention to.
